The first couple of days were spent getting introduced to family. This is a pretty good example of how they all reacted to me. What is going on with these folks. Here is Uncle Michael who drove all the way down from up north. I also got to see Uncle Peter who unfortunately was in the hospital during my visit. Speaking of uncles, next comes uncle Philip. We went to see him and Yvonne on Sunday. |

| I am staying in a very nice hotel. The Sheraton Park Tower. It is just adjacent to Hyde Park. We have taken busses, subways and trains to get around to our various stops. |

Here I am at Trafalgar Square. I guess I'll have to get informed on this later. I visited several sites in London, all in pretty much the same state. I think mom and dad enjoyed a walking tour to these sites. I was pushed by Big Ben, 10 Downing street, The Eye, the Thames River and down the South Bank all the way to London Bridge.
Trivia: Where is London Bridge? (answer below) |

OK, back to Uncle Philip. Last time when Mom, Dad, Josh and Kacy were here evidently they stopped for lunch at a pub on the South Bank just past the Eye. So we went to the same pub for lunch and I had to fill in for uncle Philip. It was tough, the whole pint of Guinness that is, but a baby has to do what a baby has to do, as you can see from the picture below.

This is Mom saying "once again it's all Philip's fault". However I did have a great nap. |

We drove south of London to meet our old family friends, Colonel Bob and Elizabeth. They are very delightful as they love babies. We had lunch at my grandfathers pub. Have to say I do prefer the Fosters to the Guinness.
After lunch we visited the church and graveyard where my grandfather is buried. |

Well it was a long crawl but I can now say I've been to Stonehenge . Seems like a bunch of rocks to me but there must be something interesting as there are many people gawking at it.
On the drive back to London we got in a big traffic jam due to a wreck on the M3. After that the traffic getting back into the city was terrible. Seems to me that the problem is everyone drives on the wrong side of the road!
